企业社会责任视角下制造企业产品服务化研究毕业论文

摘 要

随着全球化的日益深化,企业社会责任成为世界各国共同关注的热点问题。当代中国企业社会责任履行缺失的现状,引发了我国理论界和实践界对企业社会责任问题的关切。如何界定并解决企业社会责任履行中出现的现代性、中国性问题,成为了理论界与实践界面临的共同难题。同时,由于制造企业的需求,制造业的服务化转型将会帮助企业在全球经济中保持其可持续性。这种方式将会有利于企业与客户建立更长期的关系,通过创新的模式为他们的产品增加价值。因此,制造企业面临着要走向模式转变的挑战。企业需要从独立考虑产品和服务,到开始考虑它们的整合,将服务整合到核心中产品,并为此提供支持。企业还需要处理组织变更,以及整合产品和服务的方法开发过程。这些流程的有效整合为产品服务创新创造了潜力,即存在被利用,有助于提高竞争力并确保可持续的业务。但同时,制造业在向产业服务化转型面临着担负企业社会责任的重任。但是,因为大多数企业转型还处于不成熟的阶段,对于这些转型中的企业,如何在转型过程中实现企业社会责任的履行还是一个值得研究的问题。

本文主要采用了文献研究法,对于企业社会责任的权威文献和期刊文章进行了研究梳理,这部分文献大多数是国外的研究文献。在文献综述和理论部分,笔者按照时间线梳理了企业社会责任和服务化的相关概念。接着,笔者先分析了制造业产品服务话转型的国际形势,这有利于认清制造业服务化的产生原因和发展情况。接着,笔者对于制造业服务化的经典案例进行了对比分析,主要将 IBM,通用,劳斯莱斯,NIKE等这几个转型中的制造业企业进行了转型模式的分析对比。在提炼出它们的转型模式后,作者分析了目前这些制造业企业转型中可能出现的企业社会责任的问题,并在建议部分提出了解决的措施。

通过案例分析法,研究发现当代的制造业在转型过程中尤其在消费者隐私保护,人权和社会福祉这三大方面的企业社会责任履行得不够充分。从利益相关者的角度来看,这三个方面对应的利益相关者分别是企业客户,企业员工和社会。履行好这三个方面的企业社会责任对于企业的发展也有着莫大的帮助。所以,在本文的最后,笔者主要针对这三个企业社会责任方向提出建议,这将有助于转型中的制造业认清在未来的企业社会责任方面它们实际应该做到更好。

Research on Servitization of Manufacturing Industry from the Perspective of Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

With the deepening of globalization, corporate social responsibility has become a significant issue of concern all over the world. The current status of the lack of corporate social responsibility in contemporary China has caused concern in academic and theoretical fields. How to define and solve the problems of modernity and China that have appeared in the fulfillment of corporate social responsibilities has become a common problem faced by the theoretical and practical fields. At the same time, due to the needs of manufacturing companies, the service-oriented manufacturing industry is increasingly important in the global economy to maintain its sustainability. Promote this way to establish longer-term relationships with customers, and to innovate and supply value to their products have become an important topic. As a result, manufacturing companies face the challenge of moving to a paradigm shift and consider their integration from independent consideration of products and services. Consolidating services into core products and providing support for this need to deal with organizational changes, as well as method development processes that integrate products and services. The effective integration of these processes creates the potential for product service innovations that exist to be used to help increase competitiveness and ensure sustainable business. At the same time, the manufacturing industry is facing the responsibility of shouldering corporate social responsibility in the transition to industrial service.

This study mainly adopts the literature research method, studying the authoritative documents and journal articles of corporate social responsibility. Most of these documents are foreign research literature. In the literature review and theoretical part, the author combs the relevant concepts of corporate social responsibility and product service based on the timeline. Then, the author first analyzes the international situation of the transformation of manufacturing products and service words, which is conducive to the clear understanding of the causes and development of manufacturing product service. Then, the author conducts a comparative analysis of the classic cases of manufacturing product service, and mainly analyzes and contrasts the transformation models of several transitional manufacturing companies such as IBM, GM, Rolls-Royce, and NIKE. After refining their transformational models, the author analyzes the possible CSR issues in the current transition of these manufacturing companies, and put forward solutions in the proposal section.
Through the case analysis method, the study finds that the contemporary manufacturing industry does not perform adequately in the three major aspects of consumer privacy protection, human rights, and social welfare during the transformation process. From the perspective of stakeholders, the corresponding stakeholders in these three aspects are corporate customers, corporate employees and society. The fulfillment of these three aspects of corporate social responsibility is also of great help to the development of the company. Therefore, at the end of this paper, the author mainly proposes the three corporate social responsibility direction, which will help the manufacturing industry in transition to recognize
