摘 要

纵观整个世界的发展，不难发现，人类对于风险的认识和人类的文明史有着出奇的一致性。现代经济的发展突飞猛进、日新月异，各种生产运营模式也在与日俱进，各类风险也与现代经济的快速发展如影随形。进入新世纪以来的一系列企业巨头的陨落以及全球性的经济危机使人们将目光转移到各类风险的预防与管控。面对时刻变化的宏观环境和微观环境，企业必须及时采取措施来应对各种突发情况，以确保将损失最小化。本文将结合文献研究法等方法，对绿点科技（苏州）有限公司目前的生产运作进行解剖与分析，发现绿点科技（苏州）有限公司目前存在的风险和潜在的可能出现的风险并提出相应的改进、防范方法，降低公司的运营成本，促进公司生产效率的提高。

风险无处不在，只要存在未知的事物，便会有风险的存在。风险的本质是指事物演变发展的不确定性，反映的是结果偏离预期所生成的效果，可能是正面的也可能是负面的，甚或两者都有，进而形成或产生机遇和挑战。明确风险的存在，对存在的风险作出评估，实现对企业风险的有效管理——这些是完成风险管理的关键步骤，也是将风险转化为机遇的重要途径。

Risk Management of Modern Enterprises—

Taking Green Point Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. as an Example

ABSTRACT

Throughout the development of the world, it is easy to find that there is a remarkable consistency between the human understanding of risk and the history of human civilization. The development of the modern economy is advancing by leaps and bounds, and various production and operation modes are also advancing with each passing day. Since the beginning of the new century, the fall of a series of corporate giants and the global economic crisis have drawn people's attention to the prevention and control of various risks.In the face of ever-changing macro and micro environments, enterprises must take timely measures to cope with various emergencies to ensure that losses will be minimized.In this paper, we will dissect and analyze the current production and operation of Green Point Science and Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. by means of literature research and other methods. We will find out the risks and potential risks existing in Green Point Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., and put forward the corresponding improvement and prevention methods to reduce the operating costs of the company and promote the improvement of the production efficiency.

Risk is everywhere, as long as there are something unknown to us, there will be the existence of risk. The essence of risk refers to the uncertainty of the evolution and development of things, reflecting the effect generated by the deviation of the result from the expectation, which may be positive, negative or both, thus forming opportunities and challenges. Defining the existence of risks, assessing the existing risks, and realizing effective risk management for enterprises -- these are the key steps to complete risk management, as well as an important way to turn risks into opportunities.

纵观整个世界的发展，不难发现，人类对于风险的认识和人类的文明史有着出奇的一致性。现代经济的发展突飞猛进、日新月异，各种生产运营模式也在与日俱进，各类风险也与现代经济的快速发展如影随形。进入21世纪以来，一系列社会团体和企业大规模的问题事件攫住了我们的目光：早在1995年，英国巴林银行破产；2001年，美国安然公司倒台；2003年美国世通公司丑闻； 2004年中航油炒作原油期货，亏损巨款5.5亿美元；2007年因为美国次级抵押贷款机构破产、投资基金被迫关闭引发的次贷危机，逐渐蔓延、席卷、肆虐全球，引起了全球实体经济的动荡与下滑，给全球企业的生存和发展带来了巨大威胁。

这一系列世界巨头的陨落和2008年的全球经融危机警示着企业风险管理的重要性，加强企业的风险防范意识成为各行业各国家经济发展的焦点。2015年，习总书记在十八届五中全会二次全体会议上的讲话中强调：“今后5年，可能是我国发展面临的各方面风险不断累积甚至集中显露的时期。……我们必须把防风险摆在突出位置……”。目前我国的经济发展正处于转型期，由此导致企业面临的风险呈现多样化和复杂化，能否有效预防、管控风险是企业发展必须面临的重要问题。
