摘 要

大学生面临很严重的就业压力，在当前引起全社会的广泛关注，深入研究影响大学生择业时因素，形成一套对于大学生来说合适且具有指导意义的职业选择方法，已成为亟待解决的新难题。大学生如何实现更高质量的就业与大学生的职业选择意愿有着密不可分的联系。当前，大学生职业选择价值观既表现出自主择业意识增强、择业竞争意识增强等积极的变化，也存着创新创业意识不足、择业功利化倾向明显等问题，这使得加强大学生职业选择价值观教育具有紧迫性而大学生职业选择价值观还存在诸多问题。因此，加强大学生职业选择价值观教育具有现实的必要性和特殊重要的意义。本文共分为四个组成部分：选题的研究背景、目的和意义、理论基础、调研分析、结论与建议。在本文的第二部分，通过相关理论的介绍与分析，揭示大学生职业选择上存在的问题并打下理论基础。在本文的第三部分，通过调研得到大量的相关数据和事实分析当前大学生职业选择意愿的积极表现和存在问题，旨在说明加强大学生职业选择价值观教育的紧迫性。在本文的第四部分，针对大学生职业选择意愿的现状，分析当前大学生职业价值观教育存在问题并给出建议。

Research on Influencing Factors of College Students' Career Choice Intention：Taking Nanjing Forestry University as an Example

Abstract

College students are facing serious employment pressure, which has aroused widespread concern of the whole society at present. It has become a new problem to study the factors affecting college students' career choice in depth and form a set of suitable and instructive career choice methods for college students. How to achieve higher quality employment of college students is closely related to their career choice willingness. At present, college students' career choice values not only show positive changes, such as enhancing their sense of self-determination and competition, but also have some problems, such as insufficient sense of innovation and entrepreneurship, obvious tendency of utilitarianism, which makes it urgent to strengthen the education of College Students' career choice values, while there are still many problems in college students' career choice values. Therefore, it is of realistic necessity and special significance to strengthen the value education of College Students' career choice. This paper is divided into four parts: research background, purpose and significance, theoretical basis, investigation and analysis, conclusions and suggestions. In the second part of this paper, through the introduction and analysis of relevant theories, reveal the problems in college students' career choice and lay a theoretical foundation. In the third part of this paper, we get a large number of relevant data and facts through research to analyze the current positive performance and existing problems of College Students' career choice will, aiming to illustrate the urgency of strengthening the education of College Students' career choice values. In the fourth part of this paper, aiming at the current situation of College Students' career choice willingness, the author analyses the existing problems of College Students' vocational values education and gives some suggestions.

1.1研究的背景、目的和意义

随着国家教育事业的发展，高校毕业生就业制度的改革，高校毕业生的数量越来越多，就业难的问题也日益突出。培养大学生良好的心理素质，认真研究并指导他们的职业选择，对于积极做好高校毕业生就业工作具有重大意义。深入研究影响大学生职业选择时的内在和外在因素，形成一套对于大学生合适且具有指导意义的职业方针，已成为亟待解决的新课题。

社会的发展，当前的社会价值取向也日益呈现多样化的趋势，如何提高大学生的就业能力，成为了高校教育以及社会各界人士关注的重要问题。很多人认为造成大学生难以找到工作，而企业却又找不到各方面都满意合适的人才这一尴尬局面的最主要的原因就是当前大学生的所具备的就业能力不足。从校园到社会，从学生到社会工作者，虽然只是一步之遥的距离，但却是人生的一个重要转折和一个重要的过程。

研究大学毕业生的职业选择问题，从他们的职业选择意愿出发，分析当前大学生的职业选择态度和心理，有利于帮助毕业大学生正确理解他们的职业目标和职业定位。通过一些有效的建议和指导，提高毕业生的就业能力，增强对职业选择价值观的认识，有利于提升他们的未来职业发展空间。
