摘 要

根据国家统计局和教育部发布的最新数据显示，目前国内共有在校大学生2682.3万人，随着毕业生数量的增加，大学生就业形势愈加严峻，发展创业教育势在必行，越来越多的人开始将希望寄托于创业教育的发展，期望它将会是解决毕业生就业问题和引发的一系列社会问题的最佳途径。

近些年来，我国创业教育不断地摸索前行，从最开始的有清华大学所创办的的创业计划大赛开始，到16年国家教育部关于“做好2016届全国普通高等学校毕业生就业创业工作的通知”，表明我国已经逐渐建立起了具有中国特色，适合中国国情的创业教育体系。然而，在这些探索中，依然存在着或多或少的问题和困惑，也不可避免的走了弯路。本文通过研究探讨国外高校和国内高校创业教育的发展过程及特点，以相关理论为基础，总结了国内创业教育现状的各种问题，并且提出针对性的解决方案。

本文一共分为四部分，第一部分介绍选题的依据、研究方法及创新点，第二部分概述国外高校创业教育的历史及特点，第三部分介绍了国内高校创业教育发展的过程和存在的问题，第四部分讲述了国外创业教育对我国教育的启示并有针对性的提出了我国高校的改进方法。

A Comparative Study of

College Students' Entrepreneurship Education at Home and Abroad

ABSTRACT

According to the latest data released by the National Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Education, there are 26.823 million college students in China. With the increase of the number of graduates, the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, it is imperative to develop entrepreneurship education. Of people began to pin their hopes on the development of entrepreneurship education, expect it will be to solve the employment problems and trigger a series of social problems the best way.

In recent years, China's entrepreneurship education continue to explore the line, from the initial Tsinghua University Entrepreneurship Competition, to the Ministry of Education in 2016 on the "do 2016 session of the national college graduates employment employment notice", China has gradually To establish a suitable for the national conditions of the entrepreneurial education system, however, in these exploration, there are still more or less problems and confusion, it is inevitable to take a detour. Based on the relevant theories, this paper summarizes the problems of the status quo of entrepreneurship education in China, and puts forward the specific solutions to the problems of the development of entrepreneurship education in foreign universities and domestic colleges and universities.

This part is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the basis, the research method and the innovation of the topic. The second part summarizes the history and characteristics of the venture education in foreign universities. The third part introduces the process and the existing problems of the development of entrepreneurship education in domestic colleges .The fourth part is about the enlightenment of foreign entrepreneurship education to our country and puts forward the improvement method of our universities.

1 绪论

本章首先阐述了论文的研究背景、研究目的和意义，然后对与本研究相关的文献综述进行梳理，文献综述主要包括国外高校创业教育相关文献、国内高校创新创业教育发展相关文献以及国外创业教育对我国的启示，最后在文献综述的基础上确定了本研究的研究方法、思路和创新点。

创业教育是始于二十世纪的一种全新教育理念，旨在培养具有创业精神和能力的创新性人才,作为一个新型的教育内容，它不仅反映了国内外的教育发展程度，也反应了新时代高等教育发展的要求和社会对于高等人才的需求。根据《教育部·财政部关于实施高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的通知》要求，所有高校必须在十二五期间实施大学生创新创业教育项目训练计划。目前，创新创业俨然已经成为21世纪经济发展的主要推动力，对于高校大学生的创业教育也成为了现代教育的一个重要课题。创业教育不仅仅是为了促进高校毕业生创业而开展的教育活动，更是为了培养具有开创性思维的人才而进行的教育活动。通过创业教育的熏陶，学生会培养的独特创新意识，从而使学生能够在生活中拓宽自己的眼界，创造性的解决各种问题；在工作中遇到机会时能够及时的把握住，当条件成熟时即可独自创业等。

现阶段我国对于大学生的创业教育水平远远滞后于国外的一些发达国家。创业教育组织在发展中没有建立起规模化的专职教师队伍，而大学生所掌握的创业知识难以满足当今社会发展的需要。因此，提高创业教育的质量和规模势在必行，我国应向发达国家虚心讨教，深刻的学习并总结国外创业教育的体系和优点，研发出适合本国国情的创业教育课程，将创业教育贯穿学生学习的始终。与此同时，国家应加大对大学生创业的资金、政策、服务等支持，以推进我国大学生创业教育能更好更快的发展。
