近年来华为已经成为了世界注目的企业，华为服务于全球三分之一的人口，市场份额已经全球领先。华为的强势引起了美国政府这么多年来规模最大的打压，美国试图通过抵制华为来压制中国科技领域的发展。在中美贸易冲突中，华为站在了最前沿，但是华为展现了其强大的实力 ，华为在遭遇多重抵制后，华为概念股集体涨停，而参与抵制华为的企业股价集体大跌。是什么让华为在短短几十年间，发展成为如此强大的企业?这离不开多年来华为企业文化的建设，华为强有力的企业文化，为其提供了大批优秀的人才，为其发展提供了源源不断的生命力，更为为其抵制美国压制提供了精神支柱。

华为的企业文化值得深入研究，本文首先阐述了研究华为企业文化的意义和背景，然后分析企业文化的概念和理论基础以及企业文化的功能和影响因素，通过分析华为的文化形成的过程发展和企业文化构建现状，总结出其企业文化建设的经验，并分析原因，然后阐述各个阶段华为文化的利弊，最后提出华为企业文化建设与华为日常经营管理中融合的具体举措和效果，通过本文的研究为华为企业进一步发展和其他企业建设企业文化提供参考。

Research on huawei's corporate culture

ABSTRACT

In recent years, Huawei has become a world-focused company. Huawei serves one-third of the world's population and has a global market share. The strength of Huawei has caused the largest pressure on the US government for so many years. The United States is trying to suppress the development of China's science and technology field by boycotting Huawei. In the Sino-US trade conflict, Huawei stood at the forefront, but Huawei showed its strong strength. After Huawei encountered multiple boycotts, Huawei's concept stocks collectively went up, and the stocks of companies that participated in the boycott of Huawei collectively fell. What made Huawei develop into such a powerful enterprise in just a few decades? This is inseparable from the construction of Huawei's corporate culture over the years. Huawei's strong corporate culture has provided a large number of outstanding talents for its development. The steady vitality has provided a spiritual pillar for resisting American suppression.

Huawei's corporate culture deserves in-depth study. This paper first expounds the significance and background of Huawei's corporate culture, then analyzes the concept and theoretical basis of corporate culture and the function and influencing factors of corporate culture, and analyzes the process development and enterprise of Huawei's cultural formation. The status quo of cultural construction, summed up the experience of its corporate culture construction, and analyzed the reasons, then elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of Huawei culture at each stage, and finally proposed the specific measures and effects of the integration of Huawei's corporate culture construction and Huawei's daily operation management. 1.1 选题背景及意义

近年来华为已经成为国内外知名的高科技企业，发展也是蒸蒸日上，却在开拓国际市场时次遭遇美国的抵制。2018年美国政府以国家信息安全为由，联合联合德国、意大利、日本等盟国抵制华为，弃用华为的所有电信设备及产品。2019年初美国司法部正式起诉华为和华为公司副董事长兼首席财务官孟晚舟，2019年5月美国总统特朗普签署行政命令，将华为及其在20多个国家的68家附属公司列入所谓的实体名单。5月中旬，美国的谷歌公司率先宣布暂停与华为的合作，随后，美国微软公司和高通公司宣布冻结与华为的商业往来。面对美国如此不遗余力的压制，华为并未一蹶不振，当全世界都以为华为即将崩盘的时候，华为宣布科技自立，并将早已准备好的备胎芯片全部转正，华为概念股集体涨停，而参与抵制华为的企业股价集体大跌。
