随着时代的变迁，科技的发展，互联网的使用使整个世界格局受到了直接的影响和改变，也给教育事业的发展道路上带来了不小是影响。网络对于教育事业来说有诸多优势，但同时也是一把“双刃剑”，可能会给学生带来巨大的便利，也可能使学生沉迷于网络毁了学生的前程。在当今社会大学生与网络的关系越来越密切，使用网络的概率也越来约高，这种现象的出现导致很多大学生在网络中更容易迷失自己，更有一些整日沉迷于网络，对网络产生了依赖性，丧失自己的未来。网络成瘾已成为当下大学生共有的问题，网络已经成为大学生生活中不可或缺的部分，网络成瘾为许许多多大学生带来了不可估量的负面影响，相当一部分大学生在日常生活中对网络的依赖性比任何东西都要强烈。从长远来看，大学生依赖互联网，互联网已经成为影响他们正常学习和生活的日常习惯。“世界上最远的距离是当我们坐在一起玩手机的时候。”这是大学生日常使用互联网状况的一个很好的证明，也是大学生人际交往中存在问题的原因。随着电子技术的发展，移动电话、计算机等网络终端产品得到了广泛的普及。除了互联网科技的迅速发展和普及外，近年来，互联网活动在大学生生活中的比重不断上升，互联网悄然渗透到大学生生活的各个方面。2017年9月4日，中国互联网信息中心在北京发布了关于中国互联网发展的第40份统计报告。根据该报告，截至2017年6月，中国互联网用户已达到7.51亿，其中20-29岁年龄段的网民比例最高，达到29.7%。网络成瘾越来越严重。人生观，价值观，世界观的发展和成熟在大学阶段体现的尤为重要，近年来，大学生的网络成瘾问题越来越严重，因此对大学生网络成瘾的原因分析和预防措施尤为重要，更是迫在眉睫。社会也应当采取适当有效的方法去阻止这一现象的愈演愈烈。目前，社会上的各种提供信息的源头媒介各种各样，一旦选错媒介便会影响大学生身心养成和发展，并且影响现实生活中与人交流的方式。本文就大学生网络成瘾问题进行研究，并提出相关解决办法来有效解决大学生网络成瘾问题，使得学生能够健康阳光的成长。
