摘 要

企业战略对企业发展有着非同寻常的意义和重大的影响，企业战略理论是为了企业经营发展需要的，实事求是、求真务实很有必要。对企业战略问题进行针对性的研究，最为根本的目的就是希望能够对企业发展过程中所遇到的问题进行应对，保证企业今后能够得以稳步发展。本文在研究的过程中就抓住了重心，通过研究能够帮助我们更清楚的了解一些企业在现在的发展过程中采用的一些战略。目前企业的发展十分快速，也很普遍，但在这些企业发展中存在着许许多多的问题，这些问题影响着企业的发展状况。

本文对亚星锚链公司发展战略进行研究，用企业发展战略理论与分析出发，结合了当前国际上经济形势，船舶行业，锚链行业的发展形势，深入探讨了亚星锚链公司发展战略

本文从公司的内外部环境进行分析，分析了公司所存在的问题，从公司组织结构，产品，核心竞争力等方面也同样分析了公司存在的优势与劣势。综合运用swot分析法对公司的战略进行分析与评估，由公司的业务分析与行业分析，再进一步的对亚星公司的发展进行讨论，确定了亚星锚链公司的发展战略。本文也结合了亚星锚链公司的一些问题，机遇等一些情况，对亚星锚链公司的未来发展的企业前景进行了规划。本文最后围绕着亚星锚链公司的具体的发展战略，从公司机制，人才管理，财务水平，企业文化等一些方面提出了一些建议。
