摘 要

当前我国十分重视根据地质发展特色经济林，这不仅能够发展林区经济，还能够大力保护森林资源，对于发展地方经济，让林区人民走向发家致富道路有着重要意义。本文根据江苏省的自然状况，包括气候条件、地形土壤、植被特征和经济状况等等，因地制宜发展适合江苏省经济发展的林业建设，从不同的方面对江苏省经济林现存的问题进行分析，并且借鉴国内外经济林发展的理论和实战经验，提出了具体的建议。首先江苏省位于沿海地带，所以分析了江苏省沿海经济林发展的现状，能够看到当前江苏省主要的经济林都已落叶落叶林为主，在江苏省经济林发展过程中也有一些问题，包括树种种类的问题，品种单一，技术不到位，科技力量不强，商品流通和加工环节也存在一些问题，以及政府对经济林的扶持力度不够，这些都制约了江苏省经济林的发展。所以针对江苏省经济林发展的条件，提出了相应的发展对策和思路，首先要选择正确的发展模式，这里会借鉴一些发展比较好的国家和省份，其次是对江苏省未来15年的发展提出一个可行性的建议，首先要加强人才培养，增加林业从业专业人员，其次要加快生态文明建设，保证生态经济发展，再次是要提高树种的质量，让资源有更好的利用。最后还要完善经济林产品的生产和加工环节，让经济林真正体现经济价值，这就需要加强科技力量的投入。

So according to the condition of economic forest development in jiangsu province, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and ideas for development, must first to select the correct development mode, there will be some good development state and province, the second is for the next 15 years of development of jiangsu province put forward a feasible suggestion, the first thing to strengthen personnel training, increase the forestry industry professionals, secondly to speed up the construction of ecological civilization and the ecological economy development, again is to improve the quality of tree species, make a better utilization of resources. 1绪论

1.1选题背景

在生态文明中，林业是重要环节，是建设生态文明实现人与自然和谐发展的关键，林业能够保护生态系统，打造生态安全的格局，使得人类社会能够绿色发展的重要保证。经济林是林业产业的重要组成部分，能够集多种产业为一体，保证生态效益经济效益和社会效益。经济林不仅仅能够保证农业生产的原料，还为人们的生活提供丰富的产品。同时经济林还有保护环境的作用，能够涵养水源、防风固沙。

当前我国国家发展中非常重视生态文明的建设，已经写入到党章。在生态文明的建设中，林业是重要内容。建设生态文明的中心还要保护自然中的生态文明，创造人与自然的和谐发展。在长久的发展过程中，由于人们对生态系统的不断改造，已经引起了森林的大范围消失，土地沙漠化进程不断加剧，水土流失十分严重，还会经常发生洪涝和干旱等灾害，这些问题都使得人们的生活遭到了威胁。同时因为我国的生态破坏严重，使得我国土地沙漠化严重，形势非常严峻。所以，我国林业建设发展刻不容缓，而经济林是我国林业建设的重要组成部分。

从大范围来看，我国经济林的树种比较丰富，不同的地区因为土壤、气候条件不同，所以经济林的种植树种也有所不同，但是大多数都是栽培比较简单的树种，大多数适合山区种植，这对于改善生态环境，增加农民收入都有着重要作用。经济林产业是生态产品的主题部门。生态产品大多分为两类，第一类是有形生态产品，第二类是无形生态产品，无论是那种生态产品，都是比较短缺的产品，在市场上有巨大的潜力，所以当前要做的就是增加经济林数量，发展经济林产业。
