摘 要

中国《森林法》规定：“经济林是以生产干鲜食品、食用油料、饮料、调料、、工业原料和药材等为主要目的的林木。”中国是经济林学形成的发源地，经济林在我国发展的历史悠久，现已形成了独立规模的经济林产业，成为我国五大林种之一，是我国森林资源的重要组成部分。

江苏省重视林业发展规划。本文通过了解江苏省经济林产业发展的指导思想，基本原则，明确江苏省经济林规划的重要性；通过对江苏省经济林产业的产量、种植面积、结果面积、产值这四个方面进行数据归纳和对比分析；对近年来江苏省经济林产业建设的发展现状和发展布局进行总结，分析找寻江苏省不同地区、不同种类的经济林产业的不同之处，从各地归结到全省，总结全省经济林产业的发展情况。

通过分析找寻江苏省发展经济林产业的最佳途径，发现江苏省经济林发展存在的问题与其中存在的机遇，并提出相对应的对策和建议，使江苏省经济林产业能更好更快的发展，令经济林产业资源的数量与质量持续优化升级，让江苏经济林产业结构趋于稳定发展。

Investigation and Analysis on the Development of Jiangsu's Economic Forest Industry

ABSTRACT

China’s “Forest Law” stipulates: “Economic forests are forests with the main purpose of producing fresh and dried foods, edible oils, beverages, spices, industrial raw materials, and medicinal herbs.” China is the birthplace of economic forestry and the development of economic forests in China. With a long history, it has now formed an independent-scale economic forest industry and has become one of the five major forest species in China. It is an important part of China's forest resources.

Jiangsu Province attaches great importance to the development plan of forestry. This article understands the guiding ideology and basic principles of Jiangsu's economic forest industry development and defines the importance of economic forest planning in Jiangsu Province; through the data induction and comparative analysis of Jiangsu Province's economic forest industry's output, planting area, result area, and output value. To summarize the development status and development layout of economic forest industry construction in Jiangsu Province in recent years, analyze and find out the differences in different regions and different types of economic forest industries in Jiangsu Province, from all regions to the province, and summarize the development of the province's economic forest industry.

Through the analysis of the best way to find the economic forest industry in Jiangsu Province, the problems existing in the development of economic forests in Jiangsu Province and the opportunities that existed were found, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to make the economic forest industry in Jiangsu Province develop better and faster. The continuous optimization and upgrading of the quantity and quality of economic forest industry resources have allowed the economic forest industry structure in Jiangsu to stabilize and develop.

1.1前言

1.1.1研究背景

当前，我国的经济林产业发展迅速，在新时期下发展特色经济林产业有着非常重要的意义。经济林产业又好又快发展，能为第一产业、第二产业、第三产业发展的全面提高，为地方投资环境、生活环境的改善打下良好的基础，能够迅速实现生态效益、经济效益和工艺效益的有机结合，促进农民增收，推动区域经济发展。

一直以来，由于经济林产品整体质量偏低，销售价格上不去，严重影响了经济林木的直接种植收益。江苏省要想经济林产业发展有个质的飞跃，必须摆脱“总产高、品质低、效益低”的格局，因此江苏省必须响应国家号召，在正确的指导下大力发展经济林产业，防止“重数量、轻质量”，培养优质的经济林产品，形成良好的经济林产业格局，统筹规划。

1.1.2研究目的意义

通过对江苏省经济林发展现状的数据分析，产业分布结构分析，各地区的发展方向分析，通过分析研究明确江苏省经济林发展的必要性与潜力，找出现阶段江苏省经济林发展中存在的不足，并提出适合江苏省经济林产业发展相对应的建议，使江苏省经济林产业又好又快发展。
