摘 要

在经济发展日益加速的今天,很多企业在成长过程中不可避免的会面临“人才紧缺”的尴尬局面,因此人力资源管理中的招聘和配置这个模块对于多数企业来说就显得尤为重要,对于企业管理者来说,如何选人、用人、扩大企业自身力量一直是个值得深入探究的话题。企业的发展离不开人的推动,人力资源作为资源第一要素,员工质量的好坏直接决定的一个企业的兴衰。对于一个完整的企业来说,企业中的一系列人力资源政策及管理活动构成了整个人力资源管理的流程,对于每个流程的进展一定程度上反应了企业发展的状况。

近几年随着中国经济的高速发展,“炒房热”这个话题也一度将房地产行业引入发展的高潮,我爱我家作为中国知名的房产中介企业,以包括租售贷一体服务的全新中介模式逐步走向大众视野,并将其业务逐渐拓展到国外,并由此展开了一系列全国性战略和跨区域竞争。

本文结合所选的企业的发展运行现状与特点,并通过对该企业中招聘与配置环节的分析,在前人研究的基础上运用了一系列中外理论知识,以此来阐述该企业在此过程中存在的问题及人力资源在企业发展过程中的作用,并由此提出了几点针对性的建议和策略,目的在于充分发挥员工价值和企业效益最大化。

在整篇文章研究的过程中,本文的创新点在于通过在该企业的一段亲身实践的经历来客观阐述企业在招聘与配置的过程中存在的问题,并结合企业员工的个人感受及建议对文末的解决方案进行补充和润色,力求做到用最实用的方法有针对性的来解决问题,并将其应用到本企业中。

Abstract

In today's growing economic development, many enterprises in the process of development will inevitably face a "talent shortage" awkward situation, therefore recruitment in human resources management and configuration of this module is particularly important for most enterprises, for enterprise managers, how to strengthen and employing, expanding their own strength has always been a topic worthy of further exploration. The development of enterprises cannot be separated from the promotion of human resources. Human resources are the first factor of resources, and the quality of employees is directly determined by the rise and fall of an enterprise. For an integrated enterprise, the enterprise of a series of human resource policies and management activities of the human resources management process, for the progress of each process to a certain extent reflects the status of the enterprise development.In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the topic of "fried housing fever" has once brought the real estate industry into the climax of development. I love my family as a well-known real estate intermediary in China. The new intermediary model, which includes leasing, selling and lending services, gradually went to the public and gradually expanded its business abroad. As a result, a series of national strategies and cross-regional competitions were launched.

Based on the previous research, this paper makes use of a series of Chinese and foreign theoretical knowledge based on the development and operation of the selected enterprise and through the analysis of the recruitment and deployment links in the enterprise. In order to explain the problems existing in this process and the role of human resources in the process of enterprise development, and then put forward some pertinent suggestions and strategies, in order to give full play to the staff value and maximize the benefits of the enterprise.

In the course of the whole study, the innovation of this article lies in the objective explanation of the problems existing in the recruitment and deployment process through the experience of a personal practice in the enterprise. And combining the personal feelings and suggestions of the employees of the enterprise to supplement and polish the solutions at the end of the article, and strive to use the most practical methods targeted to solve the problem, and apply it to the enterprise.

当今时代,企业的生存和发展并不仅仅依靠生产资源,同样也离不开科学技术、改革创新和人力资源的发展,而人力资源作为企业生存发展的第一要义,其在企业稳定和长远发展中受到了越来越多人的重视。对于任何企业的运转都离不开优秀人员的运营,从普通职员到高层管理,每个职位都起到不可替代的作用。

当前很多企业面临着“招工难,留不住人”,“招不到合适的人”的难题,同时存在员工的工作能力与岗位要求不相匹配的情况,而造成这些现象的原因可总结为没有进行科学合理的员工招聘与配置分析,对员工没有做出合理的统筹安排。
