摘 要

本文以阿里巴巴公司为研究对象,用经济学及管理学的思想和方法进行研究。综合了阿里巴巴的薪酬设计理论和概念,经过研究,更加深刻的认知到了薪酬设计在企业中的重要性。它是一个企业人才的保障,同时也是企业的一个灵魂,合理正确的薪酬结构可以让员工有更有生命力,从而让企业的效益变大,有缺陷的薪酬结构则会产生很大的漏洞和无法预估的负面效果。此文着重对于阿里巴巴的薪酬结构和理论进行了研究,阿里巴巴的薪酬结构是较为前卫的,基础的薪酬体系比较完善,在员工薪酬的公平性和优化性上比较突出,尤其是在奖励机制方面,它的“个人”、“团队”、“组织”三种激励计划都可以起到很好的作用,同时,阿里巴巴将员工视为“另一种客户”这种理念是相当新颖的,只有员工在工作中的幸福感增加了,企业的价值才能得到更好的发展,其次,阿里巴巴对优秀员工会有持股权的奖励,这也是非常激励和有诱惑的一点,尤其是在阿里巴巴现今如此成功的情况下,当各种有益的因素相结合在了一起就产生了非常良好的化学反应,同时也产生了足够的竞争力与生产力,为阿里巴巴留住人才起到了关键性的作用。

It is the guarantee of an enterprise talent, at the same time also is the enterprise of a soul, correct and reasonable salary structure can let the staff have more vitality, so that the efficiency of enterprises change, flawed compensation structure will produce great vulnerability and unpredictable negative effects. This paper focuses on the salary structure and theory of Alibaba were studied, the salary structure of Alibaba is more avant-garde, the basic salary system more perfect, in fairness and the optimization of the salary of the staff on the more prominent, especially in the aspect of a reward mechanism regardless of people or groups, it "personal", "team" organization "," three kinds of incentive plans can play a good role, at the same time, Alibaba employees as "another customer" this concept is fairly new, only employees in the work of the well-being has increased, the value of the enterprise to get better development, secondly, Alibaba for outstanding employees there will be holding the award, which is very motivated and the temptation of a little, especially in the Alibaba nowadays so successful, when all kinds of useful factors, combined in a play produced chemical reaction is very good, but also have enough competitiveness and productivity, as Alibaba retain talent play a key role.
