摘 要

创业推动当代经济发展、助推科技进步、驱动国家繁荣的作用日益明显。当代中国推崇创业精神，大学生创业是社会进步的要求，更是时代发展的要求。

南京高校云集，大学生创业氛围深厚。各高校在推进大学生创业教育，构建大学生创业激励机制方面进行了诸多的探索，也产生了一定的作用。但现在多数高校尚未建成完善有效的大学生创业激励机制，现有机制还不能充分发挥调动大学生积极参与创业活动的作用。本文通过对南京大学生创业现状进行调查，并对高校内大学生创业激励机制进行分析研究，发现南京高校大学生创业激励机制普遍存在一些激励制度流于形式，不重视实践、高校重物质奖励轻精神奖励以及高校创业教育体系不完善等问题。本文在综合激励理论的指导下，从激励理论与实践相结合、物质与精神激励相结合、建立高校创业教育体系三个方面对应地找出优化激励机制的对策，使得最大限度地调动大学生创业潜能和创业绩效，从而推动社会创新和社会进步。

Research on the entrepreneurial motivation mechanism of college students in Nanjing

ABSTRACT

Entrepreneurship to promote the development of contemporary economy, boost scientific and technological progress, driven by the role of the country's prosperity has become increasingly evident. All colleges and universities in promoting the entrepreneurship education of college students, the construction of College Students' entrepreneurial incentive mechanism has carried out a lot of exploration, but also have a certain role. But most colleges and universities have not yet been built to improve the effective incentive mechanism for college students, the existing mechanism can not fully play the role of mobilizing students to actively participate in entrepreneurial activities. Through carries on the investigation to the present situation of Nanjing University Students Entrepreneurship, and on campus college students entrepreneurship incentive mechanism analysis and research found Nanjing University Students Entrepreneurial incentives exist some incentive system becomes a mere formality, fail to pay attention to the practice; the heavy material reward fine light God rewards inadequate system of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities. The in under the guidance of the integrated motivation theory, from the combination of theory and practice of incentive, material and spiritual incentive combination, establish the university entrepreneurship education system in three aspects corresponding to find out the optimal incentive mechanism countermeasures, making the maximum to mobilize students' entrepreneurial potential and entrepreneurial performance, so as to promote the innovation and the progress of society.

1. 前言

1.1 研究背景

2015年3月“两会”召开，李克强总理提出“两创”——“大众创业、万众创新”，“两创”已被确定为中国经济转型和增长的“双引擎”之一。国家战略的实现，需要越来越多的创新创业群体，而大学生已然成为我国创新创业的主力军。教育部日前提出：各地各高校全面推进创新创业教育和自主创业工作，加大对大学生自主创业资金支持力度⋯⋯允许在校学生休学创业。这表明：国家政府层面越来越强调鼓励大学生创新创业。相关数据显示：我国大学生超过65％有创业意向，却只有2％真正创业，这与发达国家20％的大学生创业比例相差10倍之大(许国彬，2013)。2015年，我国大学毕业生总数高达749万人，智联招聘的数据显示：2015年选择创业的大学生比例达到6．3％，但与发达国家20％的大学生创业率相差甚远。究其根源：大学生创业的激励和引导机制是否完善？究竟采取哪些措施才能合理有效引导激励大学生创业从高创业意愿到实际创业率？因此，改革及完善大学生创业激励体系迫在眉睫。

1.2 研究目的和意义

面对严峻的就业形势,2015年李克强总理发出“大众创业、万众创新”的号召。2016年超过700万的大学生毕业生，刷新去年的“史上最难毕业季”。因此，激励大学生创业，成为解决大学生就业难题，推动社会创新的重大举措。南京高校云集，大学生创业氛围深厚，本文通过调查梳理南京大学生创业激励机制现状、存在的问题，并提出优化激励机制的建议，以期最大限度地调动大学生创业潜能和创业绩效，为我国大学生激励体制的完善提供重要参考。从而推动社会创新和社会进步。

创业激励机制有助于大学生成才成功，高校大学生接受应试教育，缺乏创新创业意识，课本中更没有与创业相关的财经、法律、经济、管理等常识，缺乏人生阅历、社会经验、人际交往能力和处理事情的正确方法，因此，高校针对大学生实施必要、可行、有效、针对性的创业激励机制很有意义。
